His background spans recruiting, sales, account management, leadership, and technology-focused roles, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both the employer and candidate experience. He is known for a relationship-driven, consultative approach, taking the time to understand individual goals, motivations, and long-term objectives in order to deliver thoughtful, well-aligned outcomes.

He competed in soccer, baseball, and bowling through college and later bowled professionally, experiences that continue to reinforce the importance of preparation, discipline, accountability, and trust.
