Nolan Beyer is an Executive Recruiter with L.D. Peck Executive Search Firm, a boutique financial services recruiting firm dedicated to connecting exceptional banking talent with leading institutions across the country.

 

Bringing over three years of executive search experience in the banking and financial services sector, Nolan joins the L.D. Peck team with a proven track record of identifying and placing top-tier candidates while building the kind of long-term, trust-based relationships that define the firm's approach to recruiting.

Before transitioning into executive search, Nolan spent nearly two decades in educational leadership, most recently as Executive Director of Activities, Athletics, and External Affairs for Millard Public Schools in Omaha, Nebraska. That career built a deep foundation in leadership development, relationship management, and organizational excellence — skills he carries directly into his work partnering with financial institutions to build high-performing teams. Nolan holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
