Kyle Hanson brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of commercial lending, capital markets, and M&A advisory. His career spans the full spectrum of institutional banking — from community banks navigating growth to complex middle-market transactions at some of the largest banks in the country — giving him a practitioner’s perspective of both bank debt and equity, rarely found in a single advisor.
Kyle has structured and led $1B syndicated credit facilities, advised companies on private equity recapitalizations, and worked directly alongside financial sponsors on M&A transactions across a range of industries. His experience includes lead and joint arranger roles, direct placement and public bond issuances, and advisory work on private placement and high yield debt structures. He holds active FINRA licenses including the Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative), Series 63, and SIE.
His middle-market focus — companies with revenues between $20MM and $100MM — reflects a deliberate specialization in the segment where capital structure decisions carry the most consequence and where the right advisor makes a measurable difference. Kyle has deep expertise in bank credit, treasury and cash flow strategy, and the financial and operational dynamics that drive value in M&A processes.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
