Treasury Relationship Officer/Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

This role grows and manages a portfolio of treasury relationships across the Tucson market. It partners with commercial relationship managers to identify treasury opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and implement cash management solutions for business clients.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  5+ years of treasury management sales or relationship management experience

•  Strong knowledge of cash management products (ACH, wires, remote deposit, positive pay, etc.)

•  Ability to partner with commercial banking teams to identify and close treasury opportunities

•  Experience with treasury product implementation and client onboarding

•  Strong presentation and consultative sales skills

•  Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; CTP certification a plus
