Senior Relationship Manager (Technology Banking)

ROLE SUMMARY

This role builds a portfolio of venture-backed and emerging technology company relationships across the DFW and Austin markets. Responsibilities include new business development, credit structuring tailored to technology and venture-backed clients, and building relationships within the venture capital and startup ecosystem.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  5-7+ years of technology/venture banking or specialized commercial banking experience

•  Understanding of venture debt, recurring revenue lending, and technology company financials

•  Established network within the DFW/Austin technology and venture capital community

•  Strong credit skills and ability to structure non-traditional lending solutions

•  Excellent relationship management and communication skills

•  Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
