ROLE SUMMARY

This role builds and manages a portfolio of business banking relationships across the Greater Phoenix market. The focus is on new business development, credit structuring, and delivering a high-touch relationship banking experience for growing companies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  7+ years of commercial relationship management experience

•  Demonstrated new business development track record with an active Phoenix-market network

•  Strong credit acumen and loan structuring skills

•  Experience cross-selling deposit and treasury management products

•  Excellent client service and communication skills

•  Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
