Senior Relationship Manager (Middle Market)

ROLE SUMMARY

This role builds and manages a portfolio of commercial relationships in the Dallas market, serving companies typically in the $25M-$500M revenue range. Responsibilities include new business development, credit structuring, and delivering a full suite of banking solutions.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  7+ years of middle market relationship management experience

•  Strong credit acumen and ability to structure complex commercial lending solutions

•  Established referral network within the Dallas middle market business community

•  Track record of new business development and portfolio growth

•  Excellent relationship management and communication skills

•  Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
