Senior Relationship Manager (Middle Market - Player/Coach)

ROLE SUMMARY

This player-coach role both manages an individual middle market portfolio and provides leadership and mentorship to a small team of relationship managers in the Dallas market. It balances hands-on business development and credit work with team development responsibilities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  10+ years of middle market relationship management experience, including prior team leadership or mentorship

•  Strong credit skills with the ability to structure complex commercial lending solutions

•  Demonstrated track record of new business development and portfolio growth

•  Experience coaching, developing, or informally leading other bankers

•  Established network within the Dallas middle market business community

•  Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
