Senior Relationship Manager (CRE)

ROLE SUMMARY

This role originates and manages a commercial real estate loan portfolio in the Dallas market, covering income-producing, construction, and owner-occupied properties. It partners with developers, investors, and brokers to grow the bank's CRE book across DFW.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  7+ years of CRE relationship management or commercial lending experience

•  Strong understanding of CRE loan structuring and DFW market fundamentals

•  Established relationships with Dallas-area developers, brokers, and investors

•  Ability to originate and close CRE credits independently

•  Sound credit and risk judgment

•  Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
