Senior Relationship Manager (CRE - Player/Coach)

ROLE SUMMARY

This player-coach role manages an individual commercial real estate portfolio while providing leadership and mentorship to a small team of CRE bankers in the Austin market. It balances hands-on origination and credit work with team development responsibilities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  10+ years of CRE relationship management experience, including prior team leadership or mentorship

•  Strong CRE credit and structuring skills across property types

•  Demonstrated track record of origination and portfolio growth

•  Experience coaching, developing, or informally leading other bankers

•  Established network within the Austin CRE development and investment community

•  Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
