ROLE SUMMARY

This role builds a commercial real estate lending portfolio across the Boise/Treasure Valley market. Responsibilities include originating new CRE relationships, structuring loans across construction, income-producing, and owner-occupied properties, and managing an existing book of business.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of CRE relationship management or commercial lending experience

• Strong local market knowledge of the Boise/Treasure Valley commercial real estate landscape

• Ability to originate, structure, and close CRE credits independently

• Established network among developers, brokers, and investors

• Sound credit and risk judgment

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
