This role builds and manages a portfolio of small business and commercial relationships across the East Dallas market. The focus is on delivering a true community bank experience, combining new business development with deep local market involvement.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 5-7+ years of community or commercial banking relationship management experience
• Strong ties to the East Dallas business community
• Ability to structure and manage credit for small business and lower middle market clients
• Demonstrated new business development track record
• Strong client service orientation and community involvement
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
