Senior Relationship Manager (C&I)

ROLE SUMMARY

This role grows and manages a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial clients in the Seattle/Bellevue market. The focus is on identifying new business opportunities, structuring credit facilities, and providing a relationship-driven banking experience for privately held and middle market companies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  7+ years of C&I relationship management or commercial lending experience

•  Strong understanding of asset-based lending, working capital lines, and term debt structures

•  Established referral network among the Seattle/Eastside business community, CPAs, and attorneys

•  Sound credit judgment with the ability to underwrite and present complex credits

•  Track record of portfolio growth and client retention

•  Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
