ROLE SUMMARY

This role manages a portfolio spanning business banking and emerging middle market relationships in the Las Vegas market. It balances new business development with proactive portfolio management, delivering deposit, credit, and treasury solutions tailored to growing businesses.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  5-7+ years of business banking or emerging middle market relationship management experience

•  Strong new business development skills with an active Las Vegas market network

•  Working knowledge of credit structuring for businesses in the $5M-$50M revenue range

•  Experience cross-selling treasury management and deposit products

•  Strong relationship management and client service orientation

•  Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
