Senior Portfolio Manager (Technology Banking)

ROLE SUMMARY

This role supports the technology banking team across DFW and Austin, handling credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, and covenant compliance for a portfolio of venture-backed and emerging technology clients.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  5-7+ years of portfolio management or credit experience, ideally within technology/venture banking

•  Strong financial statement analysis skills, including familiarity with recurring revenue and cash-burn businesses

•  Experience managing renewals, covenant monitoring, and annual reviews

•  Ability to partner effectively with relationship managers and credit officers

•  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•  Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
