Senior Portfolio Manager (Commercial Banking)

ROLE SUMMARY
This role supports a commercial banking team across the Greater Phoenix market, handling credit analysis, portfolio monitoring, and renewal management for an existing book of commercial relationships. It partners closely with relationship managers to ensure sound credit quality and timely servicing of the portfolio.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 5-7+ years of commercial banking portfolio management or credit experience
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit structuring skills
• Experience managing renewals, annual reviews, and covenant monitoring
• Ability to partner effectively with relationship managers and credit officers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
