Senior Credit Officer/Administrator

ROLE SUMMARY

This role oversees credit quality and underwriting standards for a commercial loan portfolio spanning the Denver or Kansas City market. It provides credit approval, portfolio oversight, and mentorship to relationship managers and credit analysts, ensuring sound risk management practices bankwide.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  10+ years of commercial credit experience, including senior underwriting or credit administration

•  Demonstrated lending authority and experience presenting to loan committee/board

•  Strong knowledge of C&I, CRE, and/or SBA credit structures

•  Experience managing or mentoring credit analysts and relationship managers

•  Sound judgment in balancing growth objectives with credit risk discipline

•  Bachelor's degree required; formal credit training program graduate preferred
