ROLE SUMMARY
This SBA 7(a) business development role originates government-guaranteed small business loans across the Las Vegas territory, operating remotely with regular in-market presence. The focus is on sourcing new SBA opportunities and managing the loan process from origination through closing.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of SBA 7(a) loan origination experience
• Strong understanding of SBA program guidelines and eligibility requirements
• Established referral relationships with business brokers, CDCs, CPAs, and attorneys in the Las Vegas market
• Demonstrated production track record in a self-directed origination role
• Excellent communication and pipeline management skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred; SBA lending certification a plus
