Relationship Manager (CRE)

ROLE SUMMARY

Based in Clayton, this role builds a commercial real estate lending portfolio across the greater St. Louis metro, with a focus on the Clayton/Central Corridor submarket. Responsibilities include originating, structuring, and managing CRE relationships across a range of property types.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  5-7+ years of CRE relationship management or commercial lending experience

•  Strong local market knowledge of the Clayton/Central Corridor CRE submarket

•  Ability to originate, structure, and close CRE credits independently

•  Established network among developers, brokers, and investors

•  Sound credit and risk judgment

•  Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
