Relationship Manager (C&I)

ROLE SUMMARY

This role builds and manages a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial clients in the St. Louis market. Responsibilities include new business development, credit structuring, and ongoing relationship management for privately held and middle market companies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

•  5-7+ years of C&I relationship management or commercial lending experience

•  Strong credit skills, including working capital and term debt structuring

•  Established referral network within the St. Louis business community

•  Track record of new business development and portfolio growth

•  Excellent relationship management and communication skills

•  Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
