Career Highlights:

Foundation: Started as a Teller during college, then joined an international bank, where he helped launch the DeNovo initiative, integrating services across retail, wealth management, commercial, and mortgage sectors. Though he led the Center, his role influenced these lines of business without direct management over them.

Diverse Clientele & Team: Led a multicultural team speaking eight languages, serving a global clientele, including high-profile individuals like the former President of Mexico.

Performance: His Center ranked just below major centers like Manhattan and LA.

Leadership Progression: Expanded responsibilities across multiple locations, eventually serving as interim Director over 18 sites. Later, as Texas Division Lending Manager, he managed a pipeline in retail/consumer and small business, growing the portfolio from $700 million to $1.25 billion in 12 months, moving Texas from last to top-ranked nationwide.

Transition: Left his bank when its portfolio was sold. At the new bank, he contributed to internal councils, helping launch a credit card program, and led a team of five, advising on strategic initiatives.

Private Wealth: Recruited by the bank, where he quickly scaled a new book of business, growing from 9 clients (and $60 million in deposits) to 40 clients with $80-90 million in AUM and annual fee income of $800-900k. Led internal training sessions to coach others in his methods.

Expansion: Joined the bank during its merger planning with another bank that fell through focusing on partnership with IT to implement analytics-based client targeting and pricing strategy.

Partnering with the CIO and the Data Management Team would be vital.  He would have a small team (under 5) that would be interested in following him as well.
